What can i kill on runescape?

im a level 50 and i have: rune full helm,plate legs,boots,scimitar,kite-shield and adamant platebody. i will never get the rune platebody because i will not do dragon slayer. so whats some cool and easy things to kill? oh and i have 40 attack 40 strength 40 defense 41 Constitution 30 ranged 24 prayer and i dont do magic.
