I ahve 2 questions about myspace and stuff somone plzhelp me?

My first question is I don't have anything about me on myspace should i keep my profile un private there nothing about me on there anways and my 2nd question is if i out a city i dont even live in is that a good idea like lets say virgina and that i go to a school in virgina even if i dont go there some help me plzzzzzzz thanks
