Please help?

I have been pregnant before and have a beautiful baby girl. But they say that every pregnancy is different. A few days ago I started to feel really sick to my stomach and certain smells make it worse like cig smoke. Is this a sign that I could be? I never really felt like this when I was pregnant with my daughter. Some answers please.. Thank you...
