What should I do with my life? 23, Unemployed, Student, Father. Advice?

I'll start off by saying that I'm 23, unemployed, and clueless about where to go from this point. I have a 5 month old daughter with the girl of my dreams, and all three of us currently live with my father as a result of a house fire last may. I have a high school diploma, a combined two years of Culinary Arts and Emergency Medical Services Vocational training and I'm currently a card holding Emergency Medical Technician. I've also taken a variety of college course at 3 different universities but all have led me back to square one. I've researched dozens of careers online extensively and nothing has felt like a particularly good fit for me. I'm interested in welding, graphic design, business, art, and technology. Looked into all branches of the military in the past three years, got a perfect score on my ASVAB test, but because of my juvenile offenses all recruiters have said there is no way I could get in. Suggestions, Info, Advice?
