Charlie's angels, the first movie with drew barrymore etc...?

my husband and i have been arguing for years over the scene where cameron diaz's character is dancing on soul train. there's a guy in the crowd that kind of looks like jake busey, but i'm quite certain it's not him. he says it is. anyone know?
