36 Weeks Pregnant, and Horrible Hemorrhoids.... Please Help!?

I am 36 weeks pregnant, and have the worst case of hemorrhoids ever! I have been to the doc last week, and he lanced 4 or 5 of them open b/c they had blood clots in them. Needless to say, it hurt really bad, and still hurts now. I still have them, or should I say new ones. I have been standing over the toliet to urinate and I am also on bedrest.... doc explained to me that being on my feet only puts more pressure on my rectum. So, the question is besides Preperation H and Tucks pads, does anyone have any suggestions on ways for me to relieve the constant pain that I am in? Thanks so much in advance!
