How many diabetics have had problems with Liberty Medical?

I HATE LIBERTY!!! they are the WORST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO DIABETICS EVER!!! they have done this EXACT thing to me so many times it's disgusting. they are messing with people's lives, and they don't know any more about diabetes than some random joe on the street. just TODAY, i called them...again...to ask about my shipment. they told me...AGAIN...that my account was on hold. FOR NO REASON!!! i am PAID IN FULL! i owe them NOTHING! and the skank i talked to was of no help at all. all she could tell me was that billing has to release my account, that i had to talk to them myself (why they couldn't tell me this the FIRST time i called is beyond me), and that they were gone for the day and will be back on monday. she also was kind enough to tell me she wasn;t sure what else i was waiting for with regards to my account, since i informed her that the money was taken from my account the DAY I PAID!...perhaps what i need is a miracle. they have done this to me EVERY. TIME. I. ORDER! and i have no choice...my sucky insurance only works with incompetent baffoons it seems...anything to save a buck. not only have they LIED and PRETENDED to send my insulin, they have also many times sent me the wrong stuff...then they give me a hard time about it, i have to PAY for stuff i CAN'T USE, and i also have to call my doctor to call them to set the braindead phone people straight. and there's nobody to complain to...they are all equally DUMB!!! wilford brimley can suck me...
