Should i claim my "free" prize?

i like to go on freebie website where i just give my email to get free samples ect. which is ok, i never give bank details or anything. I recently got a letter through the post saying I'd been selected to win a prize but i needed an allocation code. Usually those kind of things are where you have to ring a premium rate number and it would end up costing more than the prize was worth but this says i can get it by post so i did. The code came the other day and it also states my prize is a digital camera but...there is a �6.50 postage and insurance cost. I am in two minds whether to send off for it, what if it get to me damaged or something and the only way to contact them would be by ringing the ridiculously overpriced phone line or post where i may never hear from them again, on the other hand paying �6.50 for a digital camera would be great just in time for xmas. What should i do????
